Bloomberg survey ranks Kenya sixth in green power generation

Zambia: K200 Million for Renewable Energy

Deepak Khilnani Announces Sub-Saharan Africa's Largest Gas Engine Power Project

London — Cummins Cogeneration Limited (CCL), headed up by Deepak Khilnani, and WUTA Energy are set to commence the development of a 140MW gas-fired power plant. Intratrek Wins Another Power Tender

Construction of nuclear power Plants in Africa to proceed

Construction begins on one of the largest gas power plant in Africa

 Ghana has begun the construction of what it says will be the largest gas-fired power plant in sub-Saharan Africa to take advantage of the country’s rich reserves of natural gas.   The gas power plant in Ghana, developed by Cummins Cogeneration Limited and WUTA Energy, will generate 300mw of power when completed.
