Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya to assess power output on high-voltage power line

Kenya: Ormat Teams With Toshiba in Geothermal Energy

Nigeria: France Grants U.S.$170 Million for Improved Power Supply in FCT

Rosatom announces plans to construct reactors in nuclear plant in Africa

Energy Ministry Launches Western Area Extension Project

Ethiopia will boost power generation to 17,000 MW in five years

Turnkey hydropower plant to be constructed in Africa

 The Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) has approved a US$965,000 grant to support the preparation of a turnkey hydropower plant in Saltinho, Guinea Bissau hydropower  The plant is expected to have a capacity of 20MW, said AfDB.
